Spanish Food
Spanish food are variety of dishes which come from different geography, and culture. It is in the fourteenth century wher we find the first recipes of Spanish dishes. Most of the main ingredients are seafood because the country is surrounded by sea water. Spain's extensive history of different cultural influences, such as Moors, Arabs, Jews,, French and Italians has led to produce unique dishes with thousands of recipes and flavors. It is also known for its health benefits and fresh ingredients.
Eating is more than just hunger pangs - Spanish food is enjoyed by many because of its simple but awesome taste that stay not only in the mouth but also in the minds of every person eating. Many traditions have evolved through the years including the famous tapas - these are series of small snacks eaten with a drink as the prelude to a meal.
When the Spanish speaking people immigrated in Australia, they brought with them thousands of Spanish dishes. Many of these dishes were used by tradesmen working in following professions:
